PURCHASING:

  • Gelatin Designs sells wholesale (bulk qty) only to brick & mortar shop owners and bakeries, and instructors for class use or resale.
  • We do not have a minimum order (dollar amount), but quantities are limited to the following:
    • all dusts (galaxy, petal, luster, etc.) must be purchased in 7 count quantities (7, 14, 21, etc.)
    • all other products, with the exception of our dust display rack, have a minimum order quantity of 3 per item.
  • Shipping is calculated after the order is pulled, and then billed separately via PayPal invoicing.
    • If you have a UPS or FedEx acct and prefer to have it billed to your account, please contact us and we will keep your information on file.
    • We do NOT add any type of shipping surcharge or handling fee.Ā  (We pack your order, weigh it, and then charge you what UPS or FedEx charges.)

PAYMENTS:

  • Payment is due at time of order unless an open account has been established.
  • Open accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest fee after 30 days.
  • Accounts overdue past 60 days will be put on “prepay only” status thereafter.
  • All returned checks are subject to a $40 return check fee.

RETURNS:

  • Edible products may NOT be returned (unless incorrect items were shipped by Gelatin Designs).
  • Shopworn, priced, loose merchandise not in the original container may NOT be returned.
  • Merchandise over 15 days old (from invoice date) may NOT be returned.
  • Acceptable returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Shortages must be reported within 5 days after receipt of merchandise.
  • Please pack returned merchandise carefully.
  • Returned items must be received in sellable condition for credit to be issued.
