Policies

PURCHASING:

• GD Baking Supplies sells wholesale to qualifying retail businesses and bakeries, including brick-and-mortar and online-only stores.
  • For retail purchases, please visit Cake Connection.
• There is no minimum dollar amount. Products are sold in the wholesale pack, sleeve, or case quantities shown on each product page.
• Shipping is calculated after the order is pulled and billed separately through a Square invoice.
  • Customers may also have shipping billed to their own UPS or FedEx account. Contact us to keep your account information on file.
  • We do not add a shipping surcharge or handling fee. We pack and weigh the order, then charge the carrier cost.

PAYMENTS:

• Payment is due at the time of order unless an open account has been established.
• Open accounts are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest fee after 30 days.
• Accounts overdue past 60 days will be placed on prepay-only status.
• Returned checks are subject to a $40 fee.

RETURNS:

• Edible products may not be returned unless GD Baking Supplies shipped the incorrect items.
• Shopworn, priced, loose merchandise or merchandise outside its original container may not be returned.
• Merchandise more than 15 days old from the invoice date may not be returned.
• Shortages must be reported within five days after receipt of merchandise.
• Please pack returned merchandise carefully.
• Returned items must be received in sellable condition for credit to be issued.
